Law Enforcement Abuse Protection (LEAP) is here to give you an avenue for filing a complaint against a law enforcement officer. They educate you on your rights. They advocate for moral and ethical treatment by law enforcement at the local, state and federal level. LEAP pays for all or part of the attorney fees associated with a malicious citation issued to a member by an abusive officer of the law.
